Switching seating chart providers mid-season is scary — the floor plan is the heart of the operation. So we draw your maps for you.
The designer makes venue mapping simple enough to do in-house — but you don't have to. A separate, ongoing service: whenever you need a chart, ask our team to draw it. Billed per map.
Contact SalesSeat Studio bills per sold seat — not per selection, hold or abandoned cart. Your cost tracks your revenue. All plans are billed in euros (€).
Other providers bill any "used" seat — selected, held or assigned, sold or not. We only charge when a seat is actually sold, at most once per event. No sale, no charge. See how it compares to seats.io →
Every plan is prepaid, monthly or yearly. Yearly takes 20% off the upfront — the additional-seat price stays the same — and overage is invoiced the following month at actuals.
Change plans at any time, effective from the next cycle. Unused prepaid seats on yearly plans stay valid when you switch.
Priority support and SLA from Arena up. Yearly plans include chart drawing during your transition — the number of included charts scales with your plan.
We provide tailored pricing that properly reflects the value we add to your system — with progressive volume discounts, priority support, SLA, and chart drawing included on yearly plans.
If you sell the seats in a venue one time, that's an event: a single performance of a show, a single football match, a single concert. A group of events is what we call a season — even if it's just 3 events on consecutive days.
A seat counts as sold only when its status changes to booked through the API — either directly by your platform or via the best-available algorithm. Browser selections, holds and abandoned checkouts are never billed. A seat is billed at most once per event, even if it's released and sold again. Places in general admission areas, at tables and in boxes count the same way.
No — and that's our biggest difference from other providers, which bill any "used" seat the moment a buyer clicks it, whether or not it converts. With Seat Studio you're only billed for seats that are actually sold, so your cost always tracks your revenue. High-traffic on-sales with lots of browsing and abandoned carts don't inflate your bill.
Your customers won't see any Seat Studio branding on charts rendered inside your application. Floor plans look like a fully integrated part of your own website.
All plans are prepaid. On monthly, you pay your committed volume at the start of each month; unused seats don't carry over. On yearly, you pay the whole year upfront with a 20% discount on the upfront commitment — the additional-seat price stays the same — and you get the flexibility to spread usage across the 12 months, ideal for seasonal operations. On both, anything above the committed volume is invoiced the following month at actuals, at your plan's additional-seat price. And yearly plans are where the chart drawing service is included.
When you sign up for a yearly prepaid plan, our team redraws the floor plans you use today in Seat Studio — from images, PDFs or SVG files. We deliver validated sectors, rows and numbering, with a joint review before go-live. It's the fastest way to migrate from another provider without stopping your operation.
Integrating Seat Studio into your site requires some technical work, and we don't charge anything during this integration and testing period — with support over email and chat. There's a time limit, and the testing account can't be used in production to sell real seats.
Click "Go to production" in your account dashboard, pick a plan and provide your payment details. We'll put your account into production as soon as possible.
Yes. Enterprise plans come with decreasing per-seat pricing, priority support and a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Contact us with the volume you anticipate and can commit to.
60 days with no plan or per-seat charges — time for your team to complete the integration at its own pace, fully assisted by our technical team.
